  • Phase 3 is our implementation phase where we schedule our first content creation shoot and our social media takeover begins. We actively engage with your audience through comments, messages, and interactive posts as well regularly track and analyze social media metrics. We evaluate performance and provide detailed monthly reporting and analytics review.

Over a span of 14 months, starting from October 28, 2022, to December 29, 2023, we embarked on an ambitious journey to elevate Chef Dominique Leach's presence on social media, particularly on Instagram. Our efforts were geared towards establishing Chef Dominique as a distinguished brand, a celebrity chef, and an inspirational figure. To achieve this, we devised a multifaceted content strategy that encapsulated four core sub-strategies. Firstly, we introduced "Digging Deeper," a compelling video series that delved into Dominique's personal narrative as a black, queer woman navigating the culinary world, highlighting her resilience and victories against personal adversities. Secondly, our content spotlighted her exceptional skills in BBQ and cooking, celebrating her unique position as Chicago's sole female pitmaster, alongside her notable TV features and accolades. Thirdly, we focused on promoting her product line across all 44 Mariano's store locations, leveraging influencer partnerships and collaborative marketing to enhance brand visibility. Lastly, Dominique was portrayed as a source of inspiration, championing the empowerment of black women chefs and leading meaningful dialogues on the adversities faced by black individuals in the culinary sector.

This strategic approach culminated in a remarkable growth to 13.7k followers, with a reach of 868k and 126k accounts engaged, showcasing the impactful brand narrative we crafted for Chef Dominique on Instagram.
